I have worked with Crystal Weaver on getting my home. She has is one of the best. I had a lot of difficulties. Loan applications,to helping me stick with the process. I wasn't the best communicator with the lastest technology. She help me through it all . The 5 stars are for Crystal and Star

We love Factory Expo Home Centers! My husband and I purchased a home from Factory Expo for our rural/agricultural land in Maryland. The process was seamless. Kevin Boltinghouse, our sales person, was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. Kevin gave us all the information we needed to customize our home in a o-pressure\ environment. Once we purchased the home, Sheila Adams was our project coordinator. Sheila was very helpful in coordinating all of the details to get the house delivered to our site. Thanks so much!
Factory Expo is THE premier place to get the best discount on a mobile home in Virginia! They deal directly with the Fleetwood Factory and offer incredible deals to anyone on the east coast! We have worked with the factory for over a year now and cannot say enough about how professional and outstanding the service is from everyone at the company. We primarily deal with Crystal Oakman and think that she is the absolute best in the business! Tammy has done a fantastic job as manager and both Tammy and Crystal have done an amazing job turning Factory Expo into the best Fleetwood Sales Center in the country!
very nice people espically mr chris tuttle.we bought.but we are having a hard time getting a building permit.waiting on modification permit.then have to get building permit.they r slow as snails.
The only reason I am writing this review is basically for Crystal Oakman. My son originally worked with someone else and they are no longer with that company for whatever reason. My son started looking and talking to this company in November 2019. We are still working with a Bank which isn't going too great and is extremely slow. The main persons we have talked to are Crystal and the Manager. The manager has been nice and responsive. Here recently I am always able to reach Crystal either immediately or via a call back or with emails. We are having some insurance issue with the bank and Crystal has been extremely helpful in mediating between me, the bank, and others. The house he picked is a nice home and the price in comparison to our local ones was so great that he picked this company. I do recommend Factory Expo regardless of all the issues with the bank that hinder the this build and working with Factory Expo.
