Gainsco and Rodriguez both have a reputation of either faking like they want to help you until it comes down to it or just blatantly ignoring you and your phone calls. NOBODY at gainsco answers there calls and there's only one person at Rodriguez who's even slightly helpful. I was hit head on by a driver on the phone and they only want to pay me 70% of my car. My insurance hasn't done really anything to help me get 100% which it's obvious I wasn't in the wrong. When I FINALLY get my new car I'll stay far away from both of these incompetent companies. Also side note would like to add please if your working for an insurance company or any company in general do NOT call a customer's elder familymember crying about a bad review extremely unprofessional thing to do and that should be obvious. That's not how you make things right.
