I feel terrible leaving a bad review of this place because the owners were nice. But the alterations done on my dress were TERRIBLE. The dress was destroyed and is now in the trash. There was a hole in it, crazy seams, threads sticking out everywhere, lopsided, and the shape of the dress is completely different/weird. Thankfully, it was a dress I got a good deal on that was a size too big so it wasn’t a huge loss of money. But still incredibly disappointing and a loss none the less. I read the other reviews before taking my dress there so I knew it was a gamble. and I didn’t even bother fighting with them because according to others that’s a lost cause. But the bad reviews were spot on, I urge you to consider going somewhere more professional. Also, it was fairly reasonably priced, BUT the quote I got over the phone vs. when I dropped the dress of vs. what I actually paid were completely different (and went up each time). They make prices up on the spot and nothing is in writing.

Lois worked wonders on my wedding dress! My dress was not an easy task since it had many (uneven) layers that needed to be hemmed and bustled plus an intricate lace pattern that she somehow managed to keep intact through all of the alterations. She took the dress in for me multiple times and it now fits me perfectly. I can't wait to wear it on my big day and am so grateful to Lois. Her pricing is also very fair and she was able to take care of some last-minute alterations for me as well.
Only took a week to hem a bridesmaid dress for me! Super fast & only 50. Very sweet couple.
