AWESOME JOB! I worked with Susan Rooth and Shelly Ballard over the last several months because I needed help for an aging relative, and though I live in a different state, the entire process went very smoothly. Shelly and Susan did an incredible job with the details and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. Shelly my main contact was extremely thorough, accurate, consistent, and responsive through the process. My experience was horrible. Not only did they screw up my fathers will, they treated me with complete disrespect. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. The lawyer I retained after my disastrous meeting with R&R was equally surprised. Dad would be disappointed too. He lived in Freedom Square. My advice, have an outside estate attorney review any and all estate work already done by R&R. Better yet, avoid the mistake to begin with and find someone else.
