Wanting to stay local and help the town I live in I choose Toyota in Wynne Arkansas. Not my first car buying experience but the best one I've had. My first car buying experience was terrible. It was great to walk in to Toyota and feel like family, these folks really care and it shows throughout the whole building. I even make a quick stop to ask service a few questions about my new vehicle. Everyone was amazing to deal with and worked with me. Big shout out to Austin in service and Brandon in sales for everything. Happy smiling faces with excellent service. I can't thank you all enough for everything. My little family is now completely happy and comfortable in our new ride.

I purchased a 2019 Ford F-250 new in September of 2018 and part of my agreement was to include a bedliner for my new truck. However, after two years and 3 months of not having the time to get there to have it installed, Ross Ford still made good on their commitment and installed my new bedliner last week in December of 2020.... That's great commitment to good service! Special thanks to Nate in sales!
Long story short, I was already thinking about selling/trading it in well before unforeseen circumstances had me bring my truck in to get work done on it. From the time I called seeing if they could get me in to the time I walked away with a new (to me) car, it was the best experience ever. They didn’t waste my time and were extremely friendly during the entire process. From the service department to the sales department, they kept me in the loop and updated me on what was going on and helped me out immensely. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and hope if I ever needed to buy another car in the future, I can find a place like this. Thanks guys!

The associates are nice when you drop off and pick up your car. That is all that was positive about my experience. Some of my dash lights came on and I wanted to know why. I dropped my car off at 1pm. By 5pm, no one had called me to discuss what was wrong with the car or give me pricing for the repairs. At 5:30 I called and found out my repairs had been completed but no one bothered to call and let me know I could pick up my car. Turns out I just needed a gas cap. They charged me 158 for a diagnostic check and a gas cap. I’m furious that I wasn’t notified of the issues and asked for permission to complete the repairs - let alone the fact that I had to call them to see if my car was ready. I won’t be a return customer.
