Charlie was just what you'd hoped for in a service provider--very responsive, flexible and knowledgeable. He came right to our house and did the repair in our driveway. Couldn't ask for an easier way to do it during COVID. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future needs.

Charlie was prompt in his communication and was able to schedule me within 24 hrs. The fact that he’s mobile was fantastic, never knew such a thing existed. He diagnosed and repaired my mower in less than 30 min. I enjoyed talking to him and thoroughly enjoyed his company during his time at my house. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. Will definitely use him and only him should I ever need small engine service again.
Charlie is a very personable person. I really liked that he was punctual and gave me two links to Amazon for the parts that I needed for my mower. This is a plus because it is always difficult to know exactly what part I need for my mower. I'll recommend Charlie to all my friends.
Charlie is a problem solver. The guy is really kind and does an amazing job at repairing small engines. I've taken my lawn mower to him in the past for repair, but this time he came to me. There's a service call fee involved right now cos of Coronavirus, but I understand. You can't go wrong with this guy. He knows his stuff. So call him already and get whatever you've got broken, working again.
Charlie was very prompt to respond upon initial contact. Showed up exactly as scheduled. Repaired my mower in under an hour. Charged me exactly what he estimated before seeing it. After he left, the mower started easily after 1 tug on the rope. I thought I'd be weeks without a mower. Instead I got super fast 5 star service and am extremely pleased. Thanks Charlie
