Excellent experience. Staff was friendly and called before moving forward with work to confirm a few items. Had a leveling kit added and new tires. Looks and rides great.

I decided to stop by Rowell's and try and support a local business instead of the big guys across town. Matt was the guy at the counter when I arrived and he was not very welcoming. I've had better customer service at McDonalds. I asked about 3 separate items for my truck and none of which they had in stock, which is completely understandable and I'm not even frustrated about that. I have an older truck so I understand most, if not all, items would need to be ordered. He seemed knowledgeable of the inventory they had on hand which is good but I was uncomfortable asking him questions because of his lack of engagement or interest in what I needed. I've shopped here before and usually had a better interaction with staff. Based on this past experience I wouldn't recommend Rowell's as a first stop if consistent customer service is a top priority, but if all you care about is getting your accessories and leaving then they do have a good selection of items in the showroom. I did not see an available email on your website so I could send this to you directly, just a \Get a Quote\ information tab. Also, I would recommend expanding your website. The homepage your customers land on looks good but any digging into a specific category and all I get are pictures of company logos. Just my opinion.
