I had my 60k mile servicing done at Royal Moore Subaru, and I was blown away by how pleasant and streamlined the experience was. Delaney was super personable and communicative. I had a sweet loaner while waiting for the service to be done. They finished on time, and were even honest enough to advise me that some of the services included in the 60k package were not necessary at this time so they did not do them. I really appreciated that kind of integrity and transparency. I will definitely be going back to Royal Moore Subaru!

Delany, was extremely professional and even with an unforeseen and beyond control of Royal Moore delay in getting the service completed upon specified time they took extra measures to ensure I was well taken care of. Delany was in constant communication and provided full explanation of all services needed upon drop off as well as all service outcomes performed upon pick up.
