The facility takes pride in a clean environment for the residents, Awesome nursing and administration staff, and good food! Seen plenty of patients leave happy and healed from our rehab Team. Just walk in it feels and smells like home.

This facility is awesome and the staff is very caring and genuinely attentive when it comes to taking care of my family. Great rehab and the food is absolutely delicious....Certified Beef too!!!!!

My Mother was at Royal Oaks in September 2016 for over a month for rehab and I have no complaints. We felt all staff was very attentive and caring. The PT-Joe and OT-Deborah were exceptional.

I'm in a Abusive Nursing home.. Where I am forced to lay in feces sometimes over 6 hrs. I have a trach now. I've been here since Mid September.. They were reusing one time disposable suction catheters for 24hrs . my God mother got in touch with their corporate office & they Sent out a corporate respiratory therapist who advised them to stop reusing them & did a In-Service/Teaching with the nurses. But they continued to do it. I went to Methodist hospital for a appt. where they admitted me & turned out I contracted a serious lung infection bc of them reusing one time use catheters for an entire day.. I was there 3 weeks. Also had ECOLI in my urine from being left in poop for hrs! that was in early October... I wasn't back from the hospital for 2 weeks & caught the same exact infection in my bladder from Poop being left hours! Again treated with Antibiotics.. For a 3rd time back to back I have the same serious infection from being forced to lay in feces sometimes over 9 hrs! Please DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM..
