These folks are great! I just bought my first Outback. It’s absolute luxury at an affordable price. Jody took great care of us even re-arranging her own schedule to accommodate us. For the test drive they let me drive the vehicle home to show my wife. They didn’t force me to wear a mask which was really nice. I have bad asthma and allergies and the mask makes it worse. They allowed me to negotiate the price and the whole process was easy, relaxing and comfortable. We love our new Subaru and we will be seeing Jody again soon for our next purchase.

Avoid this dealership, Typical Piazza scam tactics! The sales team is a joke and tries to screw people over on new cars sales by THOUSANDS of dollars. They offered 3k less for my low mileage 2.5 year old trade-in than any other dealership in the area. Sales team provided literally 1 set of preliminary numbers during initial negotiation, which had the buyout from current finance company listed at 2,050.00 more than what buyout was (via call with bank at dealership) without any explanation and did not want to stay to work a deal on a new car as it was too close to closing time even though deal was discussed via email days prior to sale appointment. I was told sales would call me the following day to negotiate a better deal, never heard from them. Only received a text to do the finance application, yet I was never provided updated deal information prior. The initial sales numbers/monthly payments were higher here than at other dealerships I went to with higher priced cars from other manufacturers....seems just a bit strange how the monthly payments for a 35k vehicle at a competitor are lower than the payments at this dealership for a 30k vehicle. Typical Piazza scams...if they can't trick you into a 600/mo car payment and make a huge profit off you then they don't want to do business with you.

I highly recommend them. I am a car guy for 30 years and hate having to go to a dealership and get ripped off. Like.going in for an oil change and 350 bucks later BS. Then explaining to the wife that the extra stuff is BS. At Piazza I can tell you. They have been 100% homest. I have total faith in them and trust me you have to earn that from me. They are professionals. Great and friendly staff and I highly recommend for anything. I love these guys. First dealership I have ever said that about in 30 years. I have been going here for about 6 years. You can trust them. Thank you Piazza team
