Prompt, courteous service with fair pricing! I bought my Mazda in Borman, as Viva Mazda sucks. I cannot comment on sales through this dealership, BUT...their service is awesome! I will definitely utilize them for all maintenance. You can schedule appointments online which is super convenient, and synthetic oil changes are very well-priced. I have found all the staff, front desk and technicians, to be very polite and overall very nice. Their waiting room for service is also very clean and has good snacks. Great experience!

Greeted by more than one person, and helped immediately. Even though I didn't take the car (only because I wanted a specific color ) Humberto was courteous and understanding. If they get a CX-5 with all the things I want, I will definitely go back and buy from him!

Be careful when u take your car for any type of service with this shady dealer, i took my car in perfect conditions for a simple dashboard recall, out of nowhere when i picked up the car, the service engine light was on and the o2 sensor was damaged and they still wanted to charge me 280.00 to replace it, i think this is unacceptable and do not recommend this dealership to anyone, my car died at a red light twice causing traffic.

I bought a new Miata today. I've bought many vehicles from dealerships. I have never had such a good experience. Jose was our salesman and is the chillest man I've ever met. No pressure at all. Melanie was in financing and she made the rest of the experience great and really easy. Again, no pressure to buy extras. Thank you so much for making my car buying experience amazing and not ruining my Saturday by making me sit in a dealership all day!

Bought a new CX-5 right off of deployment and couldn't be happier, Saul picked me up on-base and helped me take advantage of Washington state laws which allowed me to buy it tax-free. Couldn't be happier, ask for Saul

Customer sercice is mediocre at best, I was there two days ago to check out the Mazda3 cars, I had the intention of coming out of there druving a new Mazda car, i was looking at the cars for almost 30 minutes and no salesman came out to speak to me that I thought the dealership was closed, I was walking towards my vehicle to leave, when a salesman came to me to ask me if I needed something, and I told him I was looking to buy a new car and he told me everything I need to know was on the windahield and went right back inside, I would never recomend this place

I bought my first Mazda 3 years ago and have been extremely happy with it and considering buying another shortly. Now I find out, after not being called back for two days without an estimate, that it will cost me 1500 to replace my STOCK radio amplifier through the Mazda dealership... not fun driving with no radio. Not so interested in Mazda anymore
