This is my 3rd Mazda from Russ Darrow of greenfield they always treat me right. not only when your buying but when you come in for service. It’s been a few years since I purchased from them I noticed the total remodeling of the place it was very inviting. My salesman Ethan was a big help he listened to what I was there for and my objective loan wise and delivered on all points. Never felt pressured it was a good experience. I would recommend Russ Darrow of greenfield to my family and friends.

Online Buyer beware, Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle for my father yesterday. Salesman Alex nice young man start the negotiating process and the vehicle had jumped 1,000 from when we first inquired about it. Have pictures to prove it and his managers gave him some song and dance️️️ Alex at least offered to buy diesel for my car for our wasted trip.

I came in today to get my brakes fixed and new tires and the experience went far better than I expected. The initial worker at the service desk was really kind and helped direct me to what issues needed to be addressed and walked me through the details. They got it done in the time that they estimated and they were able to save me a couple hundred dollars from what the cost would’ve been. Everyone there was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’m still in shock that I was able to save so much money. I never really write reviews for this kind of stuff but I believe everyone that had helped me today deserves recognition. Especially the mechanics that saved me time, money, and stress over my car. I will be back when need be and will definitely be recommending this place. Thank you for the amazing service today!

Purchased a 2015 Mazda 3. It was 6 years old with 18,000 miles. But the “dream car” needed a NEW TRANSMISSION, 7 weeks after purchase. Chauncey (in Service) convinced MAZDA TO GIVE ME A NEW TRANSMISSION. The guys n front were...”too bad so sad” ... the salesman (since terminated) denied hearing the WHINE that I asked about before purchasing it. NEVER WILL I BUY A CAR THERE AGAIN. Never They sold me a LEMON for sure. I love Chauncey.

Well, that was three years ago. Three years was a long time from that first review. At the time, I did give you a 5-star rating. But now, three years later, I honestly can't give you that kind of review, so I've changed it to 2-stars. There was damage to the car I didn't notice until much later. I will own that. I was even willing to take care of the repair myself (even though it should have been done before it left the lot). But you stopped answering my emails. And this was from your manager. Then you told me I had to have rear brake work done, so I paid over 600 to repair the brakes. This was after I told you something was wrong eight months prior to the repair work. I could feel it and hear it back in October. Your repair guys told me it was only rust. Flash forward eight months later and I was out over 600. Then you told me the front brakes needed replacing for the same cost. I said no. In reality, all I needed were pads at a cost of around 150. And today those brakes are still fine. I gave you 2 stars because, as far as I'm concerned, you really don't care that much about your customers once they're out the door with a new purchase. I wish I could have given some of your staff 5 stars as there are some nice people who work there. Unfortunately, there are too few of them. If I had to do over again, I would never have bought this car. And I won't be coming back.
