Brought this business a musical instrument that I thought was way past repair and a total loss. I assumed they wouldn’t take it because it was a small job. Much to my surprise they were really receptive, took the job, and spent at least 15-20 minutes discussing the job and explaining how they would do it. They gave me a very reasonable quote, so I left my items with a slight bit of optimism but realistic expectations. A week later I received a call letting me know my items were done and when I picked them up today I was surprised at the impeccable work they did. My drums are not only back to being playable they basically look good as new and you can’t tell they were ever damaged. Rustic Steel Creations front of the house staff treated me with consideration and respect throughout the entire process and their metal workers (I’m not sure if they are called “smiths”) did an awesome job. Thank you!
