Not the greatest place to live. They do offer bathroom and things like that but it is pretty cluttered on the property and people have a lot of things outside of their RV so there's really not any room in between the RVs. So if you like to have space and privacy from all the other neighbors this is not the place

My bff just moved in there a couple weeks ago and it is so cozy, quiet and everyone watches out for one another. I really happy for her.
I have a girlfriend and child living here and we were threatened to be kicked off the property, because my neighbor and his friend were standing next to my property looking at and touching my stuff and I tried to tell my manager, but since him and my neighbor are close he said the witness that saw this and told me about it and I were gossiping and he will throw our a**es out right away, but then my neighbor admitted he was (no harm intended) looking at and touching my stuff, which is fine but my family and I are now scared that we will be thrown out for anything that may set off our manager, we're looking for other places to live out of fear and it's not right.
Very tight fit for travel trailers. No big spots for big rvs
Small, quaint property with beautiful property and a huge fenced in private park and private lake.
