I brought two cars to Rye Auto Care for a complete diagnostic. One car was a certified used car from Rye Subaru (which I wanted to check before purchase). The other was my old car, which my teenager is \inheriting\ from. In both cases, Hector performed extremely thorough inspections (visualcomputerdriving) and returned very complete reports, taking the time to explain them to me and giving me his opinion on the work that should take priority. He knew from the beginning that I wouldn't do the work at Rye Auto Care (sad face) because I'm from out of town, but it didn't affect his professionalism (or kindness). Honestly, I wish I lived closer and could actually take my cars there for service. Hector is friendly, professional, and very fair when it comes to pricing his services. Highly recommended!

I just moved to NY from Florida where they don't have front license plates. I needed help drilling the plates in and wasn't sure how to do it. I spoke to the gentleman on duty and he walked me through my options. I had plate holders that I had bought on Amazon and I told him I just wanted to drill it in. He did that and even changed the plate holder in the back. It was fast and they look great. So incredibly helpful - wonderful service!
