I was visiting from out of town and dropped in for their Sunday flow class with acoustic guitar with Ashley and Ian. The class was amazing.......almost worth a trip to Minneapolis just by itself. So glad to have had the opportunity and only wish it was my neighborhood yoga studio.
Sacred Space is just that, a sacred space. It is a truely beautiful space with a warm atmosphere. Caitlin has built an amazing community. The classes are very holistic. Teachers are good with modifing poses for folks who aren't able to reach as deep of stretches. It's my happy place.

Sacred Space is my favorite studio in Minneapolis. It is calming, quiet, and beautiful. I don't have a membership but I drop in from time to time for a fair price. They have a wide class offering so there is definitely something for everyone. They have a yurt, too.
Impressed with the space, the openness of the people and the experience of the practice. Definitely coming back here.
Came here today for a sound bath with a group of girls, recommended by a friend. Absolutely wonderful. The session was wonderful but also the girls that worked there were so kind, inviting, and you can tell have love and passion for what theyre doing. Will definitely be coming back even though it is a 30 minute drive!
Sacred Space is the most incredible and moving space I have ever practiced in. They have reignited my passion for yoga, meditation and self care. Everyone is so genuinely kind and giving. Ashley is the best yoga instructor/reiki master I have encountered in over a decade of practice. I would highly recommend taking a class, however, I do feel like this is my own personal sacred space and reluctant to share lol. You won’t regret attending and you will feel welcome and instantly connected. Sacred space you have engraved a space on my journey that can’t be forgotten, thank you!!!!! Namaste
