A smile goes a long way on the waterfront, so I'll note that I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I arrived. The floating docks are wide and well kept. Safe Harbor Capri seems to be a well appointed, full service marina. There are East and West facilities, as well as East and West sides of each dock, so make sure you get all the info for the slip you're heading to! (Ex: Capri West, Nantucket Dock West)

Phenomenal marina. The care that David, the general manager, gives to the marina, boats, and clients is like no other. If you're looking to dock at a marina that is impeccably maintained, has the most amazing staff, and friendly fellow boaters: look no further.

Extremely disappointing service and quite frankly the worst customer service of any boat marina in the area. If you get work done there you have to blindly put your credit in to get the work done and then they have the right to charge you any amount without notice. The attitude of the management were terrible and I would strongly suggest taking you business elsewhere.

We recently purchased a 63' Hatteras that was docked at Safe Harbor Capri in Port Washington NY. Dave Doody of the marina was very helpful with our sea trial, scheduling repairs and in the peak of the season he was able to squeeze us in and get our new to us boat launched. Their quotes for repairs were not low - but in the end most of the work was billed at a rate slightly lower than the original quote. As a boat owner for 15 years, I've NEVER had this happen, and often had price quotes/estimates end up double. Dave was understanding, professional and the marina staff were very helpful.
