From the very first day I contacted the parts department to inquire about a part for my car, they’ve been extremely helpful. When told the issue of my car, Daniel went over and beyond to try to locate the correct part for my car. He even went as far as, reaching out to ensure the car and issue was rectified. They are very professional and they truly care about your vehicle along with ensuring the safety of it. Superb customer service!!!!

My husband and I recently leased a new 2019 Ford Explorer at this dealership and we are sooooo happy we chose to go to Salerno Duane Ford. By far, it was the most smoothest and friendliest dealership we've ever gone to. Mike Chirichello was my salesperson and he and Sal Zebadast, from Finance, were there with us from beginning to end. They were very patient and so caring! Not only were they helpful and gave us all of the options we had, but they were very knowledgeable and honest in helping me get the car/SUV I wanted for our family. We have 2 kids and we needed a bigger SUV. They were very helpful with our requests and got me an AMAZING deal that we couldn't resist! They were AMAZING overall! :) Not only that, they were very fast in doing all the paperwork and calls to insurance to get me set up in my new car! I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends and anyone really who wants a good experience and a good buy or lease for a new car! I'll be honest, I'm a little disappointed in my experience. I'm sure if you're willing to pay asking price, it's probably a good experience, but don't expect much in the way of negotiating. My wife and I visited after finding a car we liked online. It was either \take it or leave it.\ It was one of the few days in which both our days off finally aligned, so we came in ready to make a deal. We offered 500 under asking price and they refused. We then countered 250 under asking price (which I thought was more than generous) and was told it was basically asking price or nothing. In all my years I've never seen a dealership refuse a deal over such a trivial amount of money. I used to work in sales myself and I'd never let a customer walk out the door who had sent so many buying signals. I even followed up the next day with a message and never heard back. I guess the dealership is doing very well and doesn't need my business. The next time I'm searching for a car and see Salerno, I'll likely just keep on scrolling. I'd leave less stars, but leaving three because the salesman and person who set up our appointment were actually very nice and polite. I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal.

It can be stressful buying a car. Especially by salesmen that are quick to push you into cars for commission purposes. But Joe Cola in sales isn’t that guy. He was very professional while listening to all my needs and worked with me from start to finish. He made the process smooth and fast for me. There wasn’t any rush to push me into a car instead he worked with me to find the perfect fit. Highly recommend going to Joe to have the best car buying experience.

Very amazing experience. I purchased an as-is 2004 F-150 in south jersey last may.... it failed state inspections in august, September, and November of last year due to monitors not being ready and emissions. Turns out it was a larger issue. Took it to Salerno Duane Ford service this past weekend and with the help of service advisor Mike Ferrante and master technician Keith Caliguari, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Brought it in Monday morning and got it inspected and passed by 10am on the same Friday. Amazing service and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back to them with any issues.
