We decided to use the firm after viewing the webinar on the website. The webinar was about an hour long and Attorney Mondello covered everything from A to Z. The amount of different scenarios and nuances in creating a will is complicated. We then realized there were issues that were not on our radar and preparing a will and/or other documents by ourselves would be a huge mistake. In addition to the two attorneys, everyone on staff is professional, respond in a timely manner and are available to answer any and all questions. The staff is patient and you feel that they are only concerned about protecting your best interest. Lisa and her entire team have been great to work with updating our wills, trusts and other documents, especially during the Covid-19 quarantine period. We met with Lisa and Nicole Engle via Zoom several times. Ryder Smith and Tina Wagner, as well as others, were great working with drafts and helping answer questions and updates via Email. We started with the thought that we were updating our old documents and finished with a complete plan for potential issues from becoming unable to manage our affairs to taking care of a disabled grandson in the future to being reassured our estate would be handled just as we wanted it to be. She very quickly sorted through the entire estates paperwork and financials and put together a package I was able to submit to the court and finally get the estate settled and closed .
