Love the atmosphere at this salon. Got hair and makeup trial done and cannot wait for my wedding day! The stylist is quite amazing and super sweet. Highly recommend.

I've been seeing Jelena regularly for a while now and she is fantastic. I have a really hard time communicating what I want with my hair so it's been a relief to develop a relationship with a stylist who has been helpful with that and remembers how I like my hair done. The atmosphere here is very friendly and staff is quick to offer a beverage or to store a coat. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I never write reviews-ever. But, Heidi is a hair angel and the world needs to know!!! I got highlights and was really unhappy with the results: super brassy and too gold. I thought for sure I would just have to dye it brown to fix it. Jennifer, the manager, set me up with Heidi after I was not satisfied with the result of another stylist. Jennifer was so nice and wanted to make sure I was happy with my hair. I was super nervous to even call back in the first place. She made me feel like she really cared. I’m so happy I came back. Heidi is a a miracle worker!! She took all the gold and brass out of my hair and made it look and feel awesome! She took her time and really listened to what I wanted. She’s so patient and clearly knows her stuff. HEIDI YOU ARE AWESOME! I never thought I could love my hair again. She gave me a GREAT hand painted color/highlight. I will definitely be back to see her. GO SEE HEIDI AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! :)

I've been seeing Jelena at Salon Khouri for about 2 years now. She's helped me achieve the color I want and my haircut always looks amazing! Salon Khouri also only uses high quality products. I've noticed a huge improvement in my hair from my old salon and here. I highlight my hair a lot and the Kevin Murphy products have really helped keep my hair healthier.

I've been going to Jonathan since before he opened his own shop, maybe 14-15 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Especially for my highlights/color. Even after all these years he checks my hair carefully at every appointment and makes any adjustments needed. Jonathan trains his staff to perfection and follows up on their performance so that he can correct any deficiencies. A well run salon. Also very involved in Community Outreach projects.

Yelena is fantastic! I am new to the area and am so happy to have found my new hair place! Yelena's coloring technique was flawless. I haven't found any gaps or spots she missed. My blowout lasted for 3 days. The shampoo... the msssage... I would literally go back and pay to have her wash my hair again. Their chairs massage while you're being washed... all around fantastic experience and the price was great!

So upset with my entire experience at Salon Khouri. I decided to get a full highlight before going back to work as a teacher. When my stylist showed up ten minutes late, she explained to me that my brown hair could not go to a platinum level of blonde in one sitting because of the reddish tones in it. I agreed, as platinum blonde was not the look I was going for. I showed her multiple picture options, and she left to mix the color. 3 and a half hours later, I left the salon with brassy, brownish blonde highlights. A toner was applied, which I was charged for. Both the stylist and receptionist could tell I was unhappy, and told me multiple times to call back for a redo, free of charge. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9 am, only to be called back by the owner stating that he needed more evidence of what happened. I sent multiple pictures of my hair, as well as the photos I had shown the stylist. He told me that he would get back to me to reschedule, as the 9 am time would not longer work. I received a call the next day, saying that this was a multi-step look I was going for, and that nothing additional would be covered. He saw the brassy hair I left with, and was not willing to put in the extra time to make things right, even though I was told that the redo would be complimentary. I was also told that the stylist should have charged me more because the appointment took longer than expected. So not only was I not getting the "100 percent satisfaction guarantee" that I was promised, but I was guilt-tripped for making the appointment run over (btw, I have shoulder length fine hair).For someone that has been coloring her hair for 16 years, I have never encountered a salon with such poor customer service quality. Their guarantee is worth nothing, as they do not really care to keep their clients.Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle. I am now trying to find a decent salon to fix this mess that they left me with.
