Sadly the salon seems to have closed and Joanna is no longer working there, but she has not closed her website, so you can keep making appointments with her and Salon Vixen but she will not be there. Loft 20 is completely stripped and she totally no-showed me. Her phone number still has her business voicemail tho. I’m sad disappointed because I really loved the haircut she gave me last year! And I was really looking forward to having her cut my hair again but I guess I’ll have to find a new hair dresser! I wish her the best because I also liked talking to her!

This salon literally does not exist, and I could not get a hold of the stylist. I booked my appointment online, confirmed it day of, and showed up on time and was informed she no longer works at this location. She's gone without a trace so don't waste your money here.
