Our company vehicle broke down late in the afternoon between Orange Grove and Kingsville. We had it towed to Sames Ford in Kingsville for repairs. Frank in the service department was great! After making contact with company personnel 1st thing in the morning, our truck was ready and back on the road in record time! Thank you all for the great work!

My car has been at Sames Ford in Kingsville about 5 different times since October 2020. The ac was not working properly. After we took in November for the same issue, the entire right does not work on heat and the ac still didn't work right. Took it again this week for same ac issue. They said freon was low and that's all it needed. Well that did not fix the issue and they never addressed the heat issue. We also needed two belts put on the week before. Got it home and drove it the next day only to hear loud squealing sound when turning the Wheel to left with hard steering. Come to find out by our (wonderful service advisor, who tries hard to make things right) that the mechanic had put on a belt 2 inches to long and tried to cover the sound with a white spray of some kind. The belt was fixed. The HEAT on right side doesn't work and the AC is doing the same. I have to take kids to school in a half heated car and this weather right now is very cold. We have spent over 1200 to get things fixed and every time we wind up bringing my car back. This is frustrating and ridiculous. Something needs to been.
