Beyond stoked on my new bike!! Super user friendly with a bunch of cool features. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what type of bike would be the best for the type of biking I’d be doing. They even loaded the bike in the car for me. These bikes make you feel like a kid again and it’s great!!

So far horrible customer service! I haven't even received my product yet and have called at least 6 times with several emails with no response back. Not a great way to make customer happy. Update.. the company finally got back to me and made things right.

I have been riding the Samson Ebike for almost 2 years now and I have been able to do thinks on the bike that I could not have done because of my disabilities. I love the ease of the throttle and peddling if I have too. I am a big guy and the Samson Knucklehead has the power to take ma all around. I get almost 35 miles on a charge which I was really surprised about. Samson is the best Ebike I have ever been on

I have had this bike for about a two years and it never stops to amaze me. For a 55 yr old semi active man, this bike allows me to ride anywhere I want. Uphill or downhill and I can keep up with my friends that are younger and more aggressive riders. Just finished a rocky mountain road trip that took us over 2500 miles and it amazed me how many people have never seen an e bike. It got a lot of attention everywhere we stopped. We own both the mountain bike and the beach cruiser and we absolutely love them.

I came in to see about a e scooter and Steve helped me out. He went over to different scooters and compared them with each other. I took some time to make up my mind and that I would come back. Next time I came, Zac helped me and and did a test ride. Both gentlemen had great customer service. Few days later I came back and purchased the Segway Ninebot Max scooter. Very fun to ride and would recommend it over the other scooters. Thanks again to the good ppl at Samson eBikes. Will be back to purchase my wife one.

Wow!! That Is the word that comes to mind when we ride our bikes from Samson eBikes. This is the best value on the market and truly great Service . I became a true believer not knowing that the bikes were really going to change our lives, we didn’t know when we first bought them that we were going to actually ride more than we ever did before we’ve now had them for over three months we put on over 200 miles and we can’t wait to get on them . We definitely know this is the best value , go down try out the various bikes that they have . Steven and Scott are great and knowledge, they got a five star rating you can’t go wrong!!!

Several months back I purchased a blue Samson beach cruiser for myself. Several of my coworkers have Samson bikes. It is one of the best things I have ever purchased. I love that bike. I throughly enjoy riding it. Where I live once you leave my neighborhood it’s all uphill. That’s no longer an issue with this bike I can easily climb the hills and go all the way across town and beyond. I went back and bought a red one for my wife. I’ve had a lot of people stop and look at it and ask me where I got it at. Thank you Steve for all of your help when I bought them. If I had it to do over I definitely would. Steve D. Camarillo Ca.
