We are approaching our second summer of having our Cody pool. We LOVE our pool. The look of our back yard, the relaxing afternoons and of course parties with family and friends are moments we will forever cherish. After meeting with four different companies to discuss our ideas and get bids, we picked Cody Pools of San Antonio West (21195 Frontage Rd.). We didn’t pick Cody Pools because they were the cheapest, because they were not, we made our initial decision because we were impressed by the products they worked with and with professionalism of the sales rep and designer, Brice Hayes. We thought long and hard before deciding to get a pool and because we never felt pushed into adding something, we neither wanted nor couldn’t afford we knew that we made the right decision. Brice Hayes “listened” to what we wanted and did an amazing job designing our pool. The design Brice came up with was perfect for us and for our yard, we absolutely love how it turned out! The construction process was a little rocky at times as far as some minor miscommunication, however, superintendent, Dre Flores was great at explaining things and setting realistic expectations. We were pleased we had no \surprises\ (extra costs, delays, etc.). Dre Flores was great at making sure we always knew what was next and that we were completely satisfied every step of the way. In addition, Brice Hayes and Dre Flores, were successful in coordinating and accomplishing a few special requests we had made during the initial planning of the pool. The design and build phase went smoothly and on the timeline that Brice Hayes had laid out for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Brice Hayes and Cody Pools! Thank you! From the first planning visit to the day we started up the pool for the first time we have been tremendously happy with our experience with Cody Pools! Working closely with Chris at the beginning and then transitioning to Miguel throughout the build we found that everything got done to our satisfaction. We were also amazed at just how fast the entire project was completed! Both Chris and Miguel treated us with the utmost professionalism and respect throughout the process. I have and will continue to highly recommend Cody Pools to family, friends and co-workers!
We had a great experience with Cody Pools. This was the third pool we’ve had built, and by far, this was our best experience and pool. Chris Huber was our salesmen and design expert. Along with Tim and his team, they did a great job, on time and on budget. Would strongly recommend Cody thanks to Chris and Tim.
Pool construction started In June 2020 and as of today still have minor details to complete. Communication is terrible and excuses are in abundance.
