Jessica and Corey were super helpful! Were in love with our pool. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the final product. Jessica was always so kind to us and our kids and took the time to answer all of our questions. They even went out of their way to tell us how to properly take care of our new pool. I definitely recommend them if you want a professional and caring experience.

I moved to the Lakeland area and looked at several pool companies and found IGUi pool company and could not be more happy. Igui came out to my house and showed me the plans for the pool , made the recommendation for placement, walked me through the entire process and made the entire process seem less and easy. I choose a 10x20 pool which was big enough for my house and picked out the great color pavers and had it all installed. Jessica also helped me find an amazing screen company and did an amazing job. Thanks to IGUi I have an amazing back yard paradise and would definitely recommend their company as your next pool installation. Thanks Jessica, Cory and all the contractors for an amazing job!!
Was told I could get a small pool (3 ft deep) installed In Ground but once they began excavation it was Not possible according to them. They explained they could not place a drainage system so I would have to settle for an above ground pool. Really? That’s not the same answer I got when I called around for a second opinion. I cancelled and lost about 25% of my initial 3900 deposit. I will say I’m happy I got some of my money back but was very disappointed they didn’t disclose from the start ***IF “their fiberglass pool” is not installed “their way” & you want to cancel; the client must pay for delivery of Pool 500 or more AND their workday fee another 500 or more.*** I chose to cancel because I refuse to pay over 7000 almost 10,000 with coping & pavers for an above ground pool. I can buy a temporary above ground pool for wayyyy much less.
Since my first contact with IGUi Pool staff, I perceived their professionalism and charming customer services skills. I met with Corey Moreno designer/salesman/manager, he was very charismatic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in today’s innovative pool market. Corey was able to transform our ideas of how we imagined the space to full plan project. We were very satisfy with the design, material and equipments specified were top of the line. Once we started the project supervisor was very straight forward with us, which I appreciate and never over promised. I had the opportunity to meet with Jessica, who we worked with in our invoicing or change orders. She was always very nice. We made it to the end of our beautiful new home investment on a timely manner. We are being very pleased with the results and the IGUi Pool team, we choose to work with.
I want to thank everyone at igui tampa. Was a pleasurable experience dealing with Jessica in sales and the professionalism of Corey and Nelson crew during the installation of my Pool. Everyone was well educated and had a zero issue start up. I highly recommend stopping there, if you want to buy a beautiful pool that the budget allows.
