I believe this cruise line should do a better job in preparing their guest what to except. I was in the star cruise ship and it just seemed that it was not well .organized. The price for the drink package was out to lunch. 800 dollar per person give me a break. Now one good think the food in the restaurants are excellent, but this is not a family cruise. Little kids have nothing to do really sure they have the little things but nothing like carnival. If you want a fun boat then carnival would be the best and also for the price. I am booking another cruise next year but we will be skipping this cruise line for now. To be fair. This cruise ship was getting ready to work in China and they were getting ready for that. I believe we caught the ship in transition and maybe that is the reason it was not organized as well. But I believe that cruise should be special and it is up to the cruise line to make sure everything works fine

We were booked an a dream vacation scheduled to depart in June, however due to the pandemic and my job loss we had to cancel our trip. I was told that i had to pay the 25% cancellation fee and on my receipt it said that my refund could take up to 21 days. i called after 21 days and was then told it could take up to 90 days and every week i call for an update and am told that at the 90 days the funds would be in "my" bank not theirs and that was on 6/11, well today is day 89 so i called for an update and am now they started with we would appreciate your patience but refunds are taking a bit longer and it will be 1-2 more week maybe. However accounting only works 8-5 Monday through Friday. If you are that far behind start working overtime to give the money back to the people it belongs to!!!!

I booked a cruise as part of a special music cruise. Checking in was efficient. Adding money to my on board account was easy. Room service was fast. The buffet was always changing with many different choices. Maids were friendly and efficient.

This was my first cruise. It was decent enough but it was a bunch of people packed on a boat competing for a limited amount of amenities. The buffet food was good. The shows were well done. The cabin was comfortable. The overall price was reasonable. Internet availability was horrible. (we wanted to get connected to plan parts of the vacation... Good luck with that whatever internet plan you get - we tried more than one) the go carts we're so so. We couldn't get into the spa. We waited in lines. For elevators. For restaurant reservations. At the concierge to ask questions. For excursion reservations which ended up being booked. I'm sure the boat is good in comparison to others. It was OK, not stellar.

Whenever I have a taste for Caribbean food I come here. I've never tasted authentic Caribbean dishes but I will say of most of the places I've tried Mangos is at the top of my list. I always get the veggie plate and add a side of mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese could be eaten alone it's so good. My fave!

My husband and I have taken Norwegian cruises 3 times and we have nothing but praise and high marks for wonderful times. The crew and accommodations were perfect!

Worst cruiseline. Total ripoff. They don't do what they promise, and staff and reps are great when you sign up but after you pay, its a total different attitude after they get your money. They deserve what they got from this pandemic. What goes around, comes around.

Your company canceled a cruise because of COVID-19 I had booked and refuses to give a refund. You shouldn't be advertising about hassle free bookings unless that was actually true.
