I attempted to file a Verified Accusation with the California Supreme Court, against multiple attorney's working in Contra Costa County, due to county corruption. Clerk of Court Simone Voltz called me at my home and stated that she had taken it upon herself to investigate matters of the Verified Accusation. Voltz came to the conclusion that I didn't have a right to file the Accusation and wanted to know why I thought I did. Because it is not a clerks job to act as a judge or an investigator, I instructed Voltz to file the document anyways. Voltz stated that she would. The Verified Accusation was never filed (despite numerous attempts). Multiple clerks of the California Supreme Court are involved in this matter. This is not an isolated incident. I have had this problem with other documents.

Judge Kahn and Judge Schulman of the San Francisco Superior Court are corrupt judges that take cases despite conflicts of interest. The California Supreme Court does nothing to discipline these corrupt judges, according to a recent audit. To see the audit, google, \audit report 2016-137

Officer Rosada at the front was extremely kind, cordial and professional. An exemplary officer in dealing with people. Above and beyond my expectations. The other officers working at the front were also personable, helpful and easy going. He went out of his way to help me locate my client I was delivering legal paperwork to by doing a little research on the case and walked me all the way to the room where she was located and entered the court to inform them I had arrived on my behalf. Thank you. Strikingly different from other courthouses such as Fremont etc Someone knows what they’re doing when assigning positions or hiring.

Every county in Ca. adopted the absolute minimum amount of mature marijuana plants allowed outside which is only 6,every county had the option to allow more, but no county did.I'm a betting man & the odds of that happening are basically 1 in a billion. This is collusion by every single sheriff's department.California is ahead of the government & the entire world on most issues, but can't even set realistic guidelines to protect the marijuana patient from the government's tyranny.Marijuana is better than opiods, the government keeps marijuana a schedule 1 drug when they hold 2 patents on drugs derived from marijuana, our own government is the most illegal entity that is so corrupt & backwards,I see why people don't want to vote & want to do harm to police officers. If our vote is not respected time & time again by the federal government, then it's time for a revolution!
