Wasn't very pleased with my last few appointments. Sure, they answer the phone when I call, and you can usually get an appointment within the week (which is why they get 2 stars rather than 1), but the last few times were over an hour wait to see the doctor. It's also pretty dirty, and I've seen dead bugs on the floor on several occasions. I wasn't able to get the referral needed for one of the boys, so I'll have to switch doctors.
Receptionist was very rude. Doctor was very friendly. The wait times are too long.
Waited over an hour just to see the doctor.. she then proceeded to call my son fat. Anyone with 2 eyes can see my son is a healthy boy. Very unprofessional. Staff has no clue what they are doing.
Waiting time is horrible . I'm not sure if it's because I have twins they leave us till the end even with appointment. But I hate waiting for so long! Plus it was very hot in the waiting room
It was my first visit. They have a great doctor and staff they are all very nice!!! The nurses and Dr.Swati Panse knew exactly what they were doing . I love this place! I’m glad I choose this doctor and staff for my kids!!!
Definitely the best in the area! Dr. Laxa has been amazing since my daughter was born going that extra mile to ensure everything is okay, and shes great with returning calls as well Staff are great as well. I agree the wait can be long on occasion but usually not too bad.
