Lam is the best salesman I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to provide us the service that led us to purchasing the vehicle thru him. After meeting him for the first time, i didn’t want to jump into buying a vehicle too quickly so I went and looked for other vehicles elsewhere but I ended up coming back to Lam and he was more than happy to continue the process of purchasing a Tesla S. He’s definitely the best! I recommend him 1,000%

I inquired for/about a auto service on something but did not receive a response on it so in dropping by I thought it would be better but the information was just on scheduling an appointment with no well informed Estimate. The people were nice but I did not feel like I was receiving any service. The person who I spoke with did not seem to communicate well As In understanding what I was asking for and I stated it in description of auto concerns a few times regarding a printed estimate and he said he was good on what he says 'on his word' but seemed to be uninterested in putting a Service Quote on paper to give to the owner of the vehicle I went there in care for.
