Poor Customer Service My wife went in to UPS 15 minutes before close to fax 1 piece of paper. It was a time sensitive document of great importance. She waited for 10 minutes for the customer in front of her to finish and then approached the employee behind the counter. She asked him if he could help her fax 1 page to one telephone number. His response was, \That's probably not gonna happen today. We close in 4 minutes.\ She then left without being allowed to fax 1 paper to one telephone number. This type of customer service is indicative of a poorly run location with no real accountability and no interest in their community or their consumers. The employee in question was not a good representation UPS. If UPS is unable to employ professional employees who are willing to serve their community, yes even 4 minutes before close, then I suggest they go online and look at resumes. There are 10 million people unemployed now in the US. It takes a fax machine about 2 minutes to fax 1 paper, well below his 4 minute timeline. If this was something we could have done in our home we would have. Unfortunately we do not own a fax machine. Is UPS willing to be there for their customers and their community or not?

My mistake, I showed up at 6:15pm and needed to drop off a package for work. I did not check their hours before hand to see that they close at 6:00. I walked up to the door and pulled to find out it was locked, began to walk back to my car but was stopped by the lady who was cleaning up inside. Not only did she take my package but also was able to print up the shipping label for me that I had to email to her. Great customer service and was able to save me from making a return trip the next day.
