The workers talk openly about everyone and do not follow HIPPA. Also, you will not get paid if you work there. They intimidate you till you quit. It would be a decent place If they got rid of some of the issue.

My father stayed here for rehab for a few weeks and I was so impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond on many occasions. Nurses were always friendly and seemed happy to help. Head nurses were very knowledgeable and expertly handled my father's many needs. And were great at keeping me informed. The Social worker is on top of things, even willing to make calls for you on her day off. Even my father who just wanted so desperately to be home, admitted it was a very nice place.
The staff at Sanctuary of Medina are what make this facility stand out from surrounding nursing facilities. In order to successfully provide the best care possible for residents, it takes an entire team. The direct care nursing staff consists of many long-term employees that are dedicated not only to caring for their residents to the best of their ability, but also to one another. No facility is flawless, but the team at Sanctuary of Medina continues to strive to improve despite the hurdles and road blocks that the healthcare industry throws their way. Sanctuary team members are aware that many other facilities face similar challenges but do not use that as an excuse but rather a means of motivation to be and do better every day. This is undeniably shown by the happiness of the residents and their families. The care provided to the residents at Sanctuary of Medina is something to take pride in and the love and compassion displayed by all staff is truly incredible.
What an incredible place to be! The environment is CLEAN, its a well cared for building and has the most caring nurses and aides anywhere in Medina! If there is ever a question about a need for Memory care or nursing care, Sanctuary Health Network of Medina is my pick!
I worked in the therapy department for 5 years at this facility and we helped a lot of people get back home to their families. The staff is fantastic and always helping everyone like it’s their own family member.
