I’m a current resident and we have no problems living here. Ashley and maintenance are good people and always try to do the best they can to help with the problem. We hardly have any trouble here and my kids like it. The only improvement it needs is the playground, if it had a little more shade and or update it and a little more light in the back, that would be great.

We have lived here for 7 years (since Apr 2012). The rent is reasonable. The apt is a large 3 bedroom. We have two full baths and a patio and storage shed. Washer/Dryer hookups and an on site laundry room (two washers and two dryers) On a normal night it is quiet. No one lives below me or above me. We have central air and heat. You need a vehicle to live here, as the location is on the outskirts of town. Playground.

Amazing experience working with the new management. Ashley made the move in process a breeze. She’s very thorough on the initial paperwork so you don’t have to make several trips to revise the application. (I’ve had this problem with previous apartment complexes in the past.) It took absolutely no time from the initial application to the move in date! My apartment was clean in well maintanced upon move in. I also enjoyed the welcome “goodie bag” left in my apartment upon move in. From the time I have been there maintenance has been cooperative and always comes when summoned. I love that the landscape is kept up with. Every Monday the yard is cut, weed eated, and the shrubs are trimmed! The property is superb. I’d recommend anyone to this property with the current management.

Current resident here and I love it it's a clean and privacy respected apartment complex the only thing I think needs work is maybe doing something about the buzzing in the hallway outside from the middle light at night it's pretty loud but I still think I deserves 5 stars!!

This was the absolutely the worse experience with the apartment equipment, and management. Question the other residents/tents I would before considering this place, I'd never refer or suggest this place to anyone.
