Love the staff but the owner is rude,insensitive,and impatient. She insulted my family while explaining the different packages they provide basically calling us broke not even knowing whst kind of policy we had yet.I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.Great staff though if it weren't for them she would probably be out of business.

When I first walked in tonight and asked for a name, the gentleman at the receptionist desk was quite abrupt with his answer and his tone was not a friendly one. His reply was \We don't got no one by that name here!\ I smiled and said sorry. That was the dad of the deceased so I asked for the name of the deceased but we were grateful that the relatives of the deceased were nearby and heard us and directed us to the chapel. Other than that brief encounter, everything else was fine. The place was clean and well kept including the restrooms which were tucked just to the left of the chapel entrance. The entry way was decorated well and looks inviting--looks classy. The chapel was very peaceful. Some of the footrests were broken off while others were coming off, but that doesn't bear too much weight on being there, it just looks a little unprofessional. I liked the sound of the waterfall inside the chapel, there are 2 waterfalls that are situated to the left and right of center. I liked the setup as well as the decor. Simple, yet elegant. Down-to-earth, yet inviting.

As much as it pains me to leave a 3 star rating, that’s being generous after the painful battle between the owner and the “contracted” funeral guy. Please be aware of what you’re signing up for. Even though the contracted funeral guy that we used was using Sandra Clark’s Funeral Home services, the owner claims she is not responsible for his decisions. We paid for the Elite package which encompasses everything. We were to receive a photo with the submission of the obituary to the Dallas Morning News. This was not done and still hurts. There were unforeseen issues with the printer on the day off brother’s burial service. We did not have the blown up picture for his service. End the end God knows justice will be redeemed because one should never take advantage of a family grieving and weak with sorrow. Please proceed with caution when choosing this funeral home. Ensure that the owner, Sandra Clark, is fully aware and takes ownership of any person working directly under her or in contract service. Ultimately she is the owner and should be responsible for any and everything that is conducted by her business.

After 4 yrs and finally being able to leave a review....I absolutely loved Mrs.Clark and her Staff, even in the midst of losing my Father and a bitter side of the family in chaotic situation, Mrs.Clark stood with me throughout the entire ordeal. This will forever be our family funeral home! Mrs.Clark's class is impeccable to say the least! Love her!
