Wonderful portion of chicken on the chicken sandwiches that explains the 8 (my main issue with other chicken sandwiches is including the popular Breadwinner Cafe and Bakery is that they are gone in a minute) I only wish I had gotten some of the curly fries with it but the sandwich itself is filling enough! The cheaper chicken biscuit is smaller but also far cheaper so I appreciate the well thought out pricing system.
First time ever trying this establishment, and sad to say not a good experience. The staff appeared to be very unorganized; their attention away from a customer at hand or not paying attention to anything at all. Food is not made to order, rather all prepared in advance (which yes would be good for busier hours, minus the fact the food isn't fresh). And the cost does not match the service or food. 3 standard cuban sandwiches costing 40. ABSURD. will not be a repeat customer.
I was in the Sandy Springs area and was looking for a good lunch place and the breadwinner had good reviews so decided to check them out. They have an interesting concept as you choose three items for one price - you can choose a half sandwich, a soup, or salads and you can choose any combo of these three from what is available. the selection changes (daily it seems). I ordered a half sandwich plus two sides - and the portions were big, the flavors were good and overall it was a nice lunch place
Breadwinner is absolutely wonderful! Great deal! Make sure to get the kale salad!
