5 stars. So I’ll start off by saying that I was really nervous with my purchase. I am located in WA state and Sanfer was in FL, so there was no way for me to check out the vehicle ahead of time. I had read and heard some good things about Carlos at Sanfer from the Ferrari forums and decided to give it a shot. Upon arrival I had the car inspected by the dealer to make sure all parts were installed correctly and everything was good on the vehicle, no issues reported! The car was fairly clean (despite shipping) and the vehicle was as described and in great condition. Thanks to Abraham for a smooth No pressure sale. Also note, I waited a few months to post and car is great!

I got my G550 Mercedez from them, I was skeptical like any other person of buying the truck online. They gave me a great deal fro my trade in for my old G500. The deal was done fast and I’m happy with the truck. I do recommend them. The been doing business for a long time so there don’t need fake anything to sale.

Though I truly enjoyed my experience with Sanfer. I have to give them 3 stars due to the experience after the purchase because wow.. I purchased a 2017 MB C63S from Sanfer in October of 2020 absolutely love the car, it's a beautiful spec, and embodies everything I love. However literally less than 5-10 mins after leaving the dealership the check engine light comes on, we the car is giving a ton of issues, I took the car to MB Pompano who did an amazing job on the car, the car was in the shop for 3 months directly after purchase, service tech at MB let me know the car needs a new 90K engine sent from Germany. I was told the vehicle was under warranty, which it was but MB Pompano realized the catalytic converters had been cut from under the car which can void warranty. I was never made aware of this, and quite frankly things happened so fast that a PPI was almost out the window. I believe Sanfer are great people but for sure run Pre Purchase Inspection. I’ve seen them turn around cars literally in 1 day so due dilligence should be taken very seriously as they do alot of business & in a perfect world they should know these things about their cars, but things do happen, they sell a ton of cars, but my situation could have went left very very fast. Thank God MB Pompano still covered the vehicle and it now has a brand new 4.0 V8 sent straight from Germany and installed by AMG.

Stay away. This Dealer does not want your business. After going through the motions to purchase a vehicle, it was comparable to pulling teeth to get in contact with. Abraham dropped the ball, and you lost a sale. I went with a dealer in Houston, and they were fantastic.

Waited a year before leaving a review. Will certainly come back for another car next time. I got an awesome price on a fully loaded GLE mercedes coupe. Sanfer worked with my unique situation which required the car to be purchased through a Benz dealer. People on here say they are not truthful, and I was worried about buying a car id never seen in person but can say here that my experience was nothing but the opposite. The condition of the car exceeded that of the images and Sanfer elected to disclose that the inside smelled like cigars. Why would they disclose a scent if they do not have to? This was above and beyond making sure the car that arrived met my expectations. Past that, they went above and beyond by adhering to some of my requests. They de-badged the car for me for no cost. They also took it to a tint shop and did not charge a premium. They also set off multiple scent bombs and deodorizers to neutralize the smell. I felt compelled to leave this review because it was the polar opposite to some of the other reviews I saw here. I enjoyed and will do business with Sanfer again.
