I have loved each time I’ve been to Sauna House. Each detail is thoughtfully executed for a great atmosphere. I love the clean, light, and natural vibes. The space is lush with plants and natural light. I still rave about the deep tissue massage I received. Thank you for such a great space and all the hard work by the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Sauna house is amazing. My massage was probably the best I’ve ever had and I loved the cold hot circuit. I was nervous to do it but I felt very comfortable and the staff was super kind. I’d highly recommend this establishment to both locals visitors in the area.

This is one of my favorite places within Asheville city limits for so many reasons. The staff are truly wonderful humans. The space is beautifully designed and creates a very unique, calming retreat from the outer world. The saunas are hot, the cold plunge is cold, and the combo of both is transcendent. I love the community and conversation that spontaneously and inevitably happens in this space. In these times, having a space where we can breakthrough the firewall of disconnection that technology has generated is truly precious. The Sauna House provides that opportunity for connection, which is an added bonus to the therapeutic benefits of hot-cold therapy.

We went here for the first time after living in asheville for years. It was very lovely abs the people there were kind and helpful. They do require temp checks and masks in certain areas, which is appreciated. The saunas and cold bath were well taken care of, as well as the shower and bathroom facilities. There is on site parking which is a big plus in asheville. It is also affordable compared to some other local spas. I would highly suggest this place for a relaxing evening or time with friends!

I LOVE this place! It was my first time there and I had the best massage I've had in 20 years. Included with the massage is two hours in the sauna house where I spent the full two hours in the hot saunas and the cold plunge. Everyone was respectful of each other's space and privacy. I will be going back often.
