Love this place! The best. Charming shop in great destination location in fabulous Birkdale Village. Top quality spices, huge selection, friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Wonderful spot for gifts, too. Highly recommended. Have been shopping here for years.

I have always thought that paying extra for spices was a bad idea because the salt and pepper is fine. When my wife and I stumbled on this shop I did not want to go in but I kept an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. The staff likes their products and they directed us to a popular salt replacement. It is the "Onion & Garlic Tableside Sprinkle". This stuff is great. We put it on eggs, popcorn, and pretty much everything in place of salt. We do not need to cut salt out but if someone did, this would be a flavorful way to do so. Additionally, if you bring the spice jars back they will discount the refill by a dollar.

Love this store. Any type of spice you want is here. My favorite is the flat irons prime rib rub. I use it on everything.

It's always an event to go shopping here! Love love love this store. If you like to eat food, you need to stop by here and check out these spices. Find your faves and try something new. They even have classes and recipe cards to get you started. I always happen to run into the owner and he is so helpful and charming.
