Do not go here!!!! Save yourself!!!! I wouldn’t go here if this was the last place left on Earth. I payed 17 for 2 orders of pretzels and some Lemonade!!!! The guy speaks to you in a robotic voice, and confuses the hell out of you, then he finesses you out of your money!! The pretzels are not even good! A trip to Wetzels will ruin your day! You will question every decision you’ve made in your life! If you want expensive poor tasting pretzels with a side of guilt and depression, this is the perfect place for you!

This place is not worth your time. Their prices are absolutely insane, and makes you question your whole life. Their customer service is terrible; the guy at the counter is extremely rude and is not clear and coherent when speaking to the customers, a basic trait every employee should possess. You could honestly spend the same amount of money to make pretzels at home, and not only would they be 10x better, but you could probably make 10x more than what they give you for the same amount of money. When you look up rip-off on google, this place should be the first thing you see. Absolutely disgusting!

In all honesty I cannot recommend this store, and in fact would steer anyone who asked away from here for the following reasons. We ordered a salted pretzel, pretzel bites and a lemonade for just under 20. Way too much money! I have been eating mall pretzels for decades but this past visit was a startling surprise as the cost to value ratio just didn’t make any sense. I don’t know if it me or my memory but it seems like the pretzels sold here are getting thinner and thinner while the price is going up and up. Additionally, the pretzel bites pictured in the display are overflowing the container while the pretzel bites served to us were in a container nowhere near full!

Best place to snack in. I just love the Jalapeño pretzel these guys make and the cin a bitz with frosting dip is just lip smacking with some refreshing lemonade.
