I would give 10 stars if I could! The care I received here was as though they were caring for their own family! I am happy to say that I am now a \graduate\ with a baby girl on the way! I can definitely say I will miss seeing the girls here, they are amazing!

After a subpar experience with another Scottsdale fertility clinic, we were recommended to Bloom by a few friends and have had the best care and treatment we could have asked for. The entire Bloom team was such a pleasure to work with, always positive and caring, even through failed fertility cycles. We highly recommend Bloom and we will be back for future treatments.

Processes and procedures with this medical office group are antiquated. No one ever answers the phone and their answering service is a joke. You can be sure to expect a call back when it’s convenient for them and not for you. Medical Assistants can only take messages and provide information as a reaction, instead of providing info up front. Dr. Woodford’s bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired and no one can help explain the very expensive procedures that she requires. It’s a one size fits all diagnose and you are seen as a number rather than an individual. If you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter or like unpersonalized medical care this is the place for you. Sure they are a specialist and one of the only ones in North Scottsdale but I would avoid at all costs. If you still want to see this doctor group consider yourself official warned.

Fantastic experience. Tamara the nurse and Diane Woodford the doctor were knowledgeable and also kind. Infertility is a scary situation and when I went to visit them I felt better about the situation right away. Diane walked me through all the options and I felt comfortable with my experience.
