Shaun A. was one of the NICEST and most FRIENDLY waiters we've had at ANY restaurant in a long time. We went to Outback for the prime rib, but we arrived too early in the day and it wasn't ready. We were in the parking lot and saw Shaun and asked him about the prime rib. His personality was so honest and friendly, we figured why no go in and check everything else out. The restaurant was VERY clean. Everyone else working there seemed really nice too. We ordered the awesome blossom, hadn't had one in years. It was amazing. Very seasoned and crispy. The service we got was well above what you would expect at a fine dining establishment. Ask for Shaun when you go. Such a great human!

Freezing inside, order well done hamburg, was still pink, ordered a salad it never came and by the time the food came I wasn't going to ask for it again. It's call ahead seating, we were sat quickly, food was ok, a bit pricey but we knew that going in, two hamburgers with fries, soda and an order each if fried mushrooms was 50. Then add tip.
It's pretty empty in here, but really glad we came. We got to meet Shane who is an awesome server. Attentive, friendly, and probably good at whatever he puts his hands and heart to, Shane remembered the little things, took care of the big things and anticipated or needs throughout our dining experience. Nice touch on the floater with the Wally by Darned, Shane. And Happy Christmas to you and yours.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. They were sold out of one of the appetizers we were going to use as an entree. They came right out and let us know when we pulled in. We substituted it for an actual entree that cost about 15 more and they gave it to us for no charge. Excellent customer service here. Thank you Outback Seabrook!
