I cannot say enough good things about this place. Incredible commitment to patients and to us, the family members. The staff and management were truly kind, caring, responsive and competent. My mother was very ill and ultimately passed at this facility, but I couldn't have asked for better care for her. Andy is a compassionate director and Raymond, director of nursing, brings deep medical knowledge complemented by a generosity of spirit and love in making recommendations on my mother's care. The nurses, care givers, physical and occupational therapy staff, the kitchen and the maintenance crew -- all seem to draw from a deep well of compassion and energy that I myself can't even fathom and certainly couldn't muster for someone else's family member...but they did and do...EVERY SINGLE DAY! I spent a lot of time at this facility during my mother's final months and I can honestly say that this place was a godsend. My brother and I are beyond grateful to this entire team for EVERYTHING. (I was not compensated in any way for this review...it is simply the truth.)

My aunt Sofia was extremely stressed out about her upcoming surgery. I was worried for her. She put all her efforts to prepare for it. She looked at several rehabilitation centers, she counted pros and cons of each one, and finally picked Seaport 17th. I visited Sofia many times. I must admit that the center provided her with everything she needed and more. I was impressed with how much care the center treated its patients. The staff catered to all my aunt’s whims. Sofia definitely was happy there. Barry, called me many times to keep up to date on Sofia’s condition after the surgery. He also followed up with her, after she checked out of the facility. He definitely extended his duties of the administrator, to make my aunt feel a special and valued person. I was glad to meet someone, who gave extra attention on the account of my lovely aunt.
It’s truly amazing how quickly I was able to resume normal activities after my surgery. I am confident that this would not have been possible without the help of the team at Seaport. I recommend their rehabilitation services to anyone in a similar situation. I surprisingly enjoyed my time there very much. Thanks for helping during this difficult time.
My father recently had a total hip replacement and I was very fortunate to find Seaport 17 to help him with his recovery. I know my father enjoys being at seaport, and we are all so impressed with his improvements each week. Seaport has a compassionate team that my family can totally rely on.
While the facility itself could use some upgrades, I am so happy with the care my 80 year old mother is receiving. Every nurse, nursing assistant, physical and occupational therapist and even the administrator has been of the caliber one would expect from a high end rehab facility. I watch carefully the interactions between all the patients and staff and am very impressed by the respect shown. I would be happy to speak to anyone who had more questions.
