You can decide a well built home when disasters hit .It got close 0 degrees this morning and my water is not froze,the house is level.I checked the temp of my water and it was 40 degrees.We are lucky to own a engineered home,Easy to heat and cool and so comfortable.There were 70 mph wind hit house and nothing came loose.What gives mobile homes a bad name is when someone modifies the home that is not spec.Thank you Clayton!!!I would buy one again!!!

Bought a new home it was handled rough in transit. Many problems occurred some were from the factory it was put together with walls out of square. Some not even attached to the ceiling. Counter tops were bulked.and many other problems the customer has to find .your at the mercy of them getting to you to fix things.I will NEVER use them again,this is one of two Walls that have separated from the outside wall I just changed a wax seal one the commode the factory put it half on and half off six months and counting the home is still not whole,the dark pic you see with a bright light is the light that shine's through my back door when it is closed,after it's been worked on three times,front door isn't right either just not as bad
Lots of nice homes with very competitive prices ask for Larry he was very informative and very helpful and not pushy at all I haven't bought there but it will be in my top when I make my selection good place to shop

Everything was great until we got to the financing, had a good trailer picked out at a good price but the interest and down payment we so ridiculous it made it impossible to afford. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.
