We have purchased 5 appliances here and have been thankful for the knowledgeable help. Always friendly, but like most places not every salesman is right for everyone. I would usually wait to work with one particular salesman. Thankful for the deals we have gotten with them. Keep up the good work.

Super Friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised to learn that this is a locally owned store (a Sears appliance franchise) The owner was in the store and personally helped me pick out a new front load washer and dryer. Parking was a snap. Great experience!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We bought a new dishwasher and had it installed. They showed up on time and installed it perfectly.
I didn't have as much problem with the showroom as I did with Sears itself. My wife and I ordered a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. We needed the fridge ASAP and set up an order date separately from the others. The fridge didn't show up and we weren't notified. My wife called and Sears told her it would be the next day; however, no one would be home for another week for the installation. After speaking with a representative, they offered my a lousy 10% off coupon to be used on a future purchase. When they did show up for the installation, they informed us we needed to buy another part for the water hose and to sand down the cabinet for the fridge to fit. In my humble opinion, they need to get these parts and sand down the cabinet as they are being paid to INSTALL the appliance. Anyone need a 10% off coupon?
Note, the sunday hours are wrong. Drove all the way up here and its closed. Worth the wait however, very competent help.
The salesperson was great. We bought a washer and dryer. Got the information we were looking for on them.
Had to waist an hour talking to 3 different reps telling me different information. I finally found out by the third rep that I was being lied to. The previous sales reps were trying to sell me on a warranty saying if I buy it the cost of repair will only be 60 bucks and I can cancel the warranty right after the repair happens so I will only be out 60 bucks. Thats not true tho, if the repair costs me 300 bucks and I cancel the warranty I will be charged the 6- bucks plus the full cost of the repair. I was trying to be sold on a couple different things costing anywhere between 300 and 500. I finally hung up and called American Appliance and they go my washing machine fixed for under 200. Then they even gave me a deal because I just got married and lowered that price. I would go to American Appliance for any repairs.
Horrible experience. There was sales guy who was occupied with another customer. I patiently waited for 20 minutes. Another sales guy walked in but did not come to assist me. He also engaged with conversation with the same customer completely ignoring me. I had to walk out of the store no being helped. Will not visit this store again.
