I went to the store about a week ago to look for a dryer. A purchase I was not excited about having to make. But Wallace made it as painless as possible. He was able to get me the best dryer in my budget and didn't try to push me to spend more which I really appreciated. Thank you!
Much larger selection than box stores, several price ranges. Better service and much more knowledge staff. Better delivery, better options. Store literally twice as big three times the selection of several brands. I realalize I wasted a lot of time looking at several places. Glad I did not settle on something I did not really want and pay too much on the process.
I drive from Cypress to this location because Wallace (aka Wally) is my go to guy! He gets the best price and KNOWS his appliances! He makes the process very easy and so much less of a headache. I got a refrigerator and microwave and I’m so happy with both!
Purchased a dryer and called to get it delivered when I called they had misplaced my dryer! They stated that they were going to try and get it by the next day I got no call no email no information the next day I had to call them on the 3rd day and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I am very upset with the customer service now i have to drive to the store to get my money back over a week later they still have no information on my dryer. NEVER PURCHASING FROM SEARS AGAIN!! Now I see why they are going out of business.
I purchased my washer/dryer set and refrigerator through Tiffany Alpha she was so helpful and got me the best deal they had in store that day I will definitely use her again thank you so much Tiffany you’re the best!
The employees at this location offered greetings, but little in the way of service that cause one to make a purchase. Although the store is small enough that the greeter and I had eye contact across the store, I had to pursue him to ask my questions while he maintained his text conversation with his BFF. Another employee referred me to the website vs the real-life items underneath the collective roof which sheltered us during our almost-shopping experience. When we nearly left, but came back to look at mattresses, the same employee greeted us as though our previous conversation never took place. It was a shopping experience where the people directed us to computers, and also acted like robots built by computers, and in the end I surrendered to this computer to search for the items I actually will purchase and also warn the other humans to do the same. Or just visit another store.
Great customer service & staff was very knowledgeable, specifically Wally. Delivery was on time & professional. Will definitely come back.
