We found the store employees to be enormously helpful. They gave us a fair deal (even suggesting to us that we wait 3 days to purchase so that we could take advantage of a holiday sale). One item arrived defective (folks, stuff happens in life) and they immediately replaced it. We would definitely shop here again. Items purchased: washer and dryer.
