Needed a new refrigerator. Tuscaloosa Sears is closed now. Found Sears in Mondville doing a web search. Experienced wonderful hometown service and quality products. Their employees are actually nice!! Thankful for their help and kindness!!
My brother and I live in Tuscaloosa and have the opportunity to purchase from Lowes and Home Depot before we get into the town of Moundville. We choose to shop at Sears in Moundville because #1 they price match the same sale price in Tuscaloosa so it makes no sense to shop anywhere else. #2 The entire staff at this store is friendly and very helpful. The bond of customer service and knowing the heart and spirit of the business is unmatchable at a big retail superstore. We sincerely appreciate this store and their staff.
