I've been more than thrilled with my experience there. I bought a Self Propelled Lawn mower in April. Come September it was giving me issues, wouldn't start. I went in to ask what they would do for me, expecting a delay. They not only sent it out to get worked on, but offered me another one while I wait, or just pick another one of similar value. I chose to just pick another one and haven't had an issue. My brother was so impressed with their customer service that he bought one that day as well. Kudos to you. It's hard to find a company now a days that will stand behind there product. I will definitely return. Thanks
