I purchased a fridge from this store in June, 15'. Great deal on the fridge even after tax, delivery, install, and extended 5 yr warranty. After fridge was installed and moved into my new home that the fridge was purchased for, it immediately had cooling issues with the fridge portion of the french door refrigerator. Food was spoiling... called sears warranty in mid-July.... after 2.5 months of dealing with sears warranty, I reached the threshold of too many attempts to fix the fridge. Few more weeks of dealing with nonsense... the manufacturer warranty was used prior to my extended warranty. The sears outlet that I originally purchased Fridge with called immediately to exchange the fridge. Take in mind I purchased a floor model and was immediately replaced with the closest match which just happened to be a brand new out of box exact replacement. Shipped and delivered with no hassle in 1 week. Sears warranty was HORRIBLE, Holly and this Sears Outlet most undoubtedly went the extra step to help through this stressful/frustrating experience, to really make the difference and make the customer elated. I would buy from this outlet any day and would have no problem recommending them further to friends and family. Thank you Holly!

Rip off. Hope Sears goes under soon. I was shopping for a riding lawn mower and saw one on the Sears Outlet website. I drove down to look at it and it was 500 more than the price on the website. I showed the sales person the website and he confirmed it was the same item. He informed me I would have to purchase it off the website to get that price and they would deliver it in 2 days. I attempted to purchase the mower 7 times and the purchase would not complete. I called the next day and was told that she had been "trying to get items without success off the website and yes they do have the mower for sale for the 500 more. I went to Lowe's and bought a better mower for 400 less. Sears deserves to go under. I am done with them.

After seeing a stainless steel fridge online, I drove from Boulder to Denver, and was not finding it on the floor. This nice salesman started helping, he went and look in the back and still the said fridge (awesome price) was nowhere to be found. He actually found me a better fridge and marked it at the same price for me. I was highly impressed how that gentleman went above and beyond for us. The delivery was on time as promised !

I initially thought the experience and price were both great. Unfortunately, I came to learn that neither the "manufacturer's warranty" nor the Master Protection Agreement that you get with a Sears Outlet purchase are the same at what you get at a regular store, or at least the application of them is different. With either purchase, if the unit breaks within the first year it is covered by the mfr warranty. They will try to fix it, and if they cannot then they will replace it. The difference is in the replacement process. With a regular Sears purchase they will replace it with the same or equivalent model, brand new. With a Sears Outlet purchase, they may do that but only if you get lucky and they happen to have that same model in stock at a local store at the same (or similar) price that you originally paid. Since many Sears Outlet items are discontinued, they don't control their inventory or purchasing, and they will not transfer items between stores, it is very possible that they won't have anything comparable to replace it with. In that case, you are only able to get a credit of the purchase amount to buy something else that they have in stock. If you are trying to match other appliances in your kitchen, you are SOL. Also, when they sell the 3- or 5-year Master Protection Agreement, some sales reps (like ours) will tell you that if the unit breaks then you will get the full MSRP dollar amount to buy a replacement unit. This is simply not true. According to the support representative, the MPE on a Sears Outlet purchase will just provide a credit for the amount you paid to purchase a replacement unit from the local in-stock inventory. Yes, the prices are good, but don't be fooled into thinking you're getting the same warranty coverage as you do with a purchase from a traditional Sears retail store, even if you buy the extended warranty.

Lots of great selection of slightly damaged appliances but also cheap/durable new-in-box appliances. Staff was super helpful, I'll for sure to back!

I purchased a refrigerator had it delivered the Saturday before I moved in when I came back the following Saturday the refrigerator had leaked all over my hardwood floor totally damaged. So I talked the manager he had me send pictures they in turn sent them to the delivery company they responded that the delivery techs would have to pay because they should of noticed. I didn't even notice. I brevet Sears should pay because the fridge wS defective. But doesn't look like it. I'll never buy from them again.

So disappointed with this place. FInally just have given up. They screwed up my delivery, never contacted me after I repeatedly call them. and I still do not have my items installed. Delivery and installation date should have been Monday, still don't know when they will actually bother to show. No concern that I work too, That my time is important. They only want to deliver/ install on their terms. So here I still pushed to the limit, unable to even try to resolve it cause I am sooo friggin furious. and no results. You win Sears. Way to screw over your customers
