Went in today, Friday afternoon to get a stacking kit for a washer and dryer. I forgot the ladies name. But she was the only one working and had a huge line. She was quick and got everyone what they need. She had my part and it was quick. She was really nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the products. Will go back if I need more parts

I am not sure why such bad ratings are given to this place. I called the store and they were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. It takes two weeks to get the lawn mower back after drop-off, which seems to be a bit longer than anticipated - but that's not the store's fault. I have not checked out the merchandise at this store, so can't comment on that. I found the service at par to my expectations, which is quite high to begin with.
This place is a joke. Not surprising why sears is going under one day at a time. I purchased a 300.00 vacuum from sears, a Bissell. About 2 and a half months after I purchased it , the vacuum stopped working. I was told by an associate that if they couldn't repair it they would replace it. After 2 weeks of no word from them I called to inquire. They told me that they no longer work on them and I would have to contact the manufacturer. I found out that the vacuum never left the building when I was told it was being sent out. I've been a loyal sears customer my entire life. Unfortunately that's about to change.
I travel a lot and did not realize when I placed the order that they would be closed on the day I was passing through. I had to hold over a day, just to pick up my order. The facility was on "mall drive" outside the main store, and a little hard to find. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
Ordering the parts I needed was good. Parts were correct and worked like the original OEM parts. Finding where to pick them up was a little hard to find.
I've gone to this locatio. Several times and i always walk out with the parts i needed. Great service and very courteous manners. :) Happy customer!
Very friendly and helpful staff.Amd their available stock is quite impressive for the size of the store. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is their hours of operation are a little less than desirable. They're only open until 530pm (CST) most days and not open on Sundays, which is when many DIY'ers have time to use and repair their Craftsman and other Sears brand items. Why not be open on Sundays and closed on a Monday? Just a thought...
