Was very unhappy with the experience around this purchase. (Product was fine and price was good.) I put in the order around 11:30am and the website clearly said available for pickup today. (It's just cleaner and it's in stock, so yeah, that should be easy enough.) Status on the order changed to "complete" around 1-2pm, meaning the PICK was completed, but no word I could come get it. Didn't get that email until 10:00 today. Went to pick it up this afternoon and first went to Merchandise Pickup. There's only a computer screen to work with to "check in". Since I was in the wrong place it wasn't taking any of my information (sales order #, credit card, phone number, etc.). Finally someone came out and after some back and forth figured out I needed to be at the PartsDirect desk which is in a completely different part of the store (downstairs and on the opposite end). After being directed to the escalator that was closed for repairs, I had to exit into the mall, use that escalator and re-enter the store. Then I was on my own hunting around for the PartsDirect desk which was very tucked away with no signage to show the way. Seems simple to me that all pre-ordered stuff that just needs to be picked up should be at the Merchandise pick-up which is easily accessible AND there should be parking (that's not reserved for delivery TO vehicle). I want to be able to park and go inside, talk to a person at a desk, get my stuff, and leave. Hugely irritated with the process in place.

Terrible service. Called to buy a part for my washer. First off they entered my address and zip code wrong, which meant the bank flagged my card for being entered incorrectly. Second, I never got the part i order after 2 weeks. I called them 10 times in 2 days which got me no where. I finally got an email after 16 days after placing my order that said they couldn’t order my part because my address was wrong! Such a waste of my time. I will not recommend sears to anyone in the future. Now I’m having to wait for the refund to get back in my account, which could take up to 10 days, to be able to order the part at a better company! Please whatever you do don’t waste you time with this company.

Part pickup was easy and fast, unfortunately the Web site failed to indicate there are two different size fuel lines for the Craftsman chainsaw. Had to make a second visit .

Awful experience. Very rude sales person name raphael helped us and claimed he was the store manager. We have to wait 7-10 days for our refund after, we paid with a credit card. This is why sears is doing so poorly, because they can't hold a candle to home depot's customer service.
